Before work begins
- The ILS 100–600 summary covers different services; it is not an all-services bundle or a cap for every combination.
- Combined services receive an agreed overall price.
- Software licenses are separate.
- Version and suitability assessment is professional work even when no update is needed, so the price is not automatically reduced.
What is included and how it works
- Define the requested task and confirm that the computer is working without a fault that requires diagnosis.
- Agree on scope and price.
- Coordinate additional diagnosis or work before proceeding.
- Thorough cleaning addresses internal dust and the cooling system, including thermal maintenance appropriate to the computer and the agreed work. It is separate from the basic cleaning included in lab service. If a component needs replacement, a quotation will be provided before replacement.
Explanations
What happens if the update check finds no update to install?
Version, suitability, and update-need assessment is part of the professional service. The price is not automatically reduced because no update was required.
What is the difference between basic and thorough cleaning?
Basic lab cleaning is basic desktop case dust cleaning or exterior laptop screen/body cleaning. Thorough cleaning and cooling maintenance is a separate, more extensive service.
