How JustME Computer Services handles your information

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Who is responsible for the information

Zahi Amor, an Israeli VAT-registered sole proprietor, registration number 300208691, operating under the registered business name ג׳סט מי and the brand JUSTME Computer Services, is responsible for processing information within the activities described in this policy. Address: 6 HaRav Kook Street, Ma’alot-Tarshiha, Israel. For privacy inquiries, contact justme@justme.co.il or 04-9977005.

This policy describes how information is handled when you browse justme.co.il, contact the Business, and the Business handles your inquiry. The Business’s remote-support website also publishes a dedicated privacy policy concerning operation of the support tool and connection data. Arrangements concerning information processing during maintenance services or within a customer’s systems will also be determined in the relevant engagement.

Information received and why

When you make an inquiry, the Business may receive contact details and the content of the inquiry, such as your name, telephone number, email address, and a description of the requested service. WhatsApp correspondence may also retain messages and files sent. If an inquiry progresses to a quote, purchase, or service, information needed to document the service, communicate with the customer, bill, and provide maintenance may be retained.

Information is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, provide the requested service, manage the relationship and service, document transactions, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Provide only information necessary for the inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.

Providing information in an inquiry is voluntary, and there is no general legal obligation to provide it in order to make a website inquiry. Without information needed to respond or provide the service, we may be unable to handle the request. If a transaction requires information by law, this will be explained in the relevant context.

How the contact form works

The contact form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. You must complete sending it in WhatsApp; opening the message does not send it. The website application has no dedicated inquiry database, but a message you send is received in the Business’s WhatsApp Business account and may be retained and handled in the Business’s systems for the inquiry and service.

Service providers and storage

The Business uses service providers and systems for customer communications, email, customer and quotation management, service and billing records, storage, and backup. Information needed for these activities may be stored and processed in the Business’s systems and in the systems of providers supplying these services. Information will be disclosed, or access given, to a provider for the relevant service and to the extent required for that purpose, in accordance with applicable law. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or by an order of a competent authority.

The main website is hosted on servers managed by the Business in Israel. External communications and cloud services may process or store information outside Israel. The website server’s location does not determine where information is stored by every service used; transfers abroad are subject to applicable law.

When WhatsApp is used, the service provider’s information practices also apply. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Browsing, preferences, and external website services

The website uses browser storage for language, display, and accessibility preferences, storage-management choices, and temporary price-list navigation state. Details appear in the Cookies and Browser Storage Policy.

The application currently does not operate analytics tools or marketing pixels. The Business currently does not conduct marketing mailings through the inquiry channels described here. If such activity is added, the policy and required choices will be adjusted; contacting the Business for service is not presented as general consent to marketing.

Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This involves requests to Google servers, through which an IP address and browser data may be transmitted. This is a network communication even if no cookie is stored. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Technical information and website operation

When you browse the website, technical information required to communicate with the website and display its pages is processed. Depending on system configurations, information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, and error details may be recorded in technical logs. To the extent such information is retained, it is used to operate and secure the website, identify faults, and prevent misuse. Its retention will be reviewed according to the need for these purposes and applicable legal obligations, as described in the Information retention section.

Information retention

Information retention depends on its type and the need for it in connection with the inquiry, service, ongoing maintenance, transaction records, dispute handling, and legal retention obligations. There is no single retention period for every type of information. At least annually, we will review whether information is still needed and act to delete or minimize information that is no longer required and for which there is no legal obligation or lawful justification to continue retaining it. Deletion from an active system and expiry of a backup copy may occur at different times.

Data Security

The Business applies safeguards appropriate to its systems and information, including account and permission management, workstation locking, system protection, and backups. These measures are intended to reduce risks but cannot guarantee complete immunity from security incidents.

Requests concerning information

You may request access to personal information about you held in a database, subject to applicable law. If the information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may request correction or deletion in accordance with law. Additional deletion requests will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law, including the need to retain transaction records or information required for a lawful purpose. Before disclosing or changing information, we may need to verify the requester’s identity to the extent necessary.

Requests may be sent to justme@justme.co.il. There is no need to provide unnecessary sensitive information in the initial request.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in activity and law. The update date will be shown on the page. A material change to the purposes or handling of information will also be assessed to determine whether additional notice or consent is required.
