Before work begins
- Software licenses are excluded.
- A package is not automatically discounted when backup, an update, or another step is unnecessary.
- JustME purchase restrictions apply only to the packages where stated, not unrelated repairs, reinstallation, or support.
- File transfer does not automatically include installed applications, passwords, accounts, special settings, or application-held data.
What is included

- User-file backup and transfer within the agreed package.
- Agreed personal setup and functional checks.
How it works
- Select reinstallation or a new-computer package according to computer type and purchase source.
- Agree on migration, software, and personal setup scope.
- After installation, boot and security settings, drivers, and functions such as sound and networking are checked. Additional connection checks are performed as needed, and the handover summary records what was actually completed.
- For business onsite completion, the prepared computer is connected and the work environment completed at the customer’s premises.
Explanations
What does completing setup at the business premises include?
The computer is assembled and prepared in the lab, then connected and the work environment completed onsite. The agreed package may include printers, networking, shares, email, and work interfaces. Third-party applications are excluded unless explicitly agreed. Components are not assembled onsite.
What does advanced preparation add?
Advanced preparation includes the standard installation and setup work, plus suitable management software and hardware and cooling settings for the system and its intended use. New-system assembly also includes airflow planning, organized cabling and access for future upgrades. Reinstallation at ILS 650 includes advanced preparation, excluding assembly, airflow planning and cabling.
