Paying by cards

Cards not accepted
Supported cards must be issued in Israel; foreign-issued Visa and Mastercard cards are also excluded. This restriction is based on the card’s country of issue; it does not determine the customer’s legal tourist status.
Installments and surcharge
Up to 12 installments on eligible credit cards.

- Installments are available for card amounts of ILS 200.00 or more, before the installment surcharge. Use the card amount left after cash, bank transfer and amounts already paid toward this transaction—not a minimum per installment.
- The installment surcharge is calculated once on the amount financed by card, includes VAT and is included in the displayed final amount.

This is the full additional amount charged by the business for the plan. The installment surcharge is calculated once on the amount financed by card, includes VAT and is included in the displayed final amount. There is no additional monthly or annual interest, compound interest or further merchant financing charge. Do not add VAT again. The plan is not the card issuer’s separate Credit product. The surcharge is already included in the calculator’s displayed charge totals; do not add it again. There is no minimum for a single card payment or for each individual installment.

Paying by cash
Cash payment limits
- Up to ILS 6,000.00, inclusive: The full transaction price may be paid in cash.
- Above ILS 6,000.00: The lower of 10.0% of the transaction price and ILS 6,000.00.
The limit concerns the whole transaction, including VAT and relevant agreed ancillary charges; previous cash and deposits count too. Artificially splitting a transaction to evade the limit is prohibited.
The installment surcharge is included in the transaction price used for the cash limit, as confirmed by the business. That confirmation is not case-specific legal certification.
Paying by bank transfer
Zahav / international transfer details
International or foreign-currency transfers require prior coordination.
- Payment reference
Enter the invoice number in the transfer reference. For an advance payment before an invoice exists, use the order or quote reference.
- Send transfer confirmation
Send the transfer confirmation through the business WhatsApp or email.
- Payment confirmation and receipt issuance
A receipt is issued when the funds are actually credited to the business’s bank account. Receipt of payment depends on the bank’s processing time: an immediate transfer may be credited at once, while another transfer may take a business day or longer. A transfer instruction or customer-provided confirmation alone does not establish receipt of the funds.
Paying by digital wallets
Pay in store using a supported card configured in the wallet. Issuer, card-brand and debit restrictions still apply; foreign-issued cards, American Express and Diners are not accepted.
Paying by payment apps
Transfers through bit, PayBox and similar payment apps are not accepted. These are different from Apple Pay and Google Pay, which are accepted in store subject to card restrictions.
Paying by cheques
Not accepted
Payment by cheque is not accepted.

Payment questions and answers

Can I combine cash and card?
Yes. Choose Cash + card and enter the cash amount. The balance goes to the card; installment eligibility is based on the card amount before surcharge. Current cash is checked together with cash already paid toward this transaction.
Does another payment or invoice reset the cash allowance?
No. The cap concerns the whole transaction, including VAT, agreed ancillary charges and deposits. Later dates, invoices or a change of payment method do not reset cumulative cash.
What about tourists or recurring arrangements?
For an ordinary single purchase or one-off service. Tourist transactions, recurring arrangements and other cases may need different treatment; check with the business or use the official simulator. Contact the business
When is a bank transfer confirmed?
After credited funds are identified in the business account, not from the confirmation alone. Routine review may finish by the next business day; an already credited transfer, including Zahav or immediate transfer, may be confirmed earlier subject to verification.
Can I pay by phone or payment link?
Card payment by phone or payment link is not available. Bank transfers can be made remotely; supported digital wallets are accepted at the premises subject to the card restrictions.
What business payment terms are available?
Business customers only may receive individually approved terms of up to end-of-month +60, by prior agreement. This is not automatic; the agreed due date will appear in the quote or order.
The card installment surcharge does not apply to business invoice-credit terms. Business terms cannot override statutory cash limits.
How are cancellations and refunds handled?
