These terms govern use of the informational website and its contact options. The terms of a specific job or transaction are determined in the engagement with the customer, subject to applicable law.

The website provides information about the Business’s services and enables users to make contact. The website does not offer online purchasing or payment. An inquiry submitted through the website or a request for a quote is not, by itself, an approved order or a commitment to perform work.

Quotes for products and services are provided according to the request and the information supplied. Product purchases are approved and paid for at the store. Remote-support services may also be provided without a store visit under a separate engagement with the Business.

A parent’s or guardian’s approval is required for a minor to order a service or product. Information may be requested before an order is placed.

That website enables users to download a support tool and start a remote-connection process. Its use and use of the support tool are subject to the dedicated terms published there, the agreements relating to the specific service, and applicable law. Visiting the support website or downloading the tool does not, by itself, approve a price or order a paid service.

Cancellation, refund, and warranty rights are determined by applicable law and by the service or transaction terms lawfully provided and agreed. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The Business may be contacted through the channels listed above, without limiting any additional contact or cancellation methods provided by law.
